Kodo millet and niger provides staple food with cheap protein, minerals and vitamins to poor, marginal, tribal and backward people of Madhya Pradesh. These crops are responsive to the adverse climatic and poor soil conditions. The present investigation was carried out to find out nutrients content in kodo and niger crops through different inputs at Regional Agricultural Research Station, Dindori, Madhya Pradesh, India. It was found that when FYM and biofertilizer were used in conjunction with 50% NP + 100% K dose it had resulted in higher NPK content in grain and straw of kodo and niger as compared to all the treatments. This indicated that beneficial effect of use of organic manure and biofertilizers in conjunction with fertilizers over their individual application.
