Research Progress of the Natural Products against Prostate Cancer

Prostate cancer is one of the major cancers that threat men's health. At present, a great number of natural products against prostate cancer have been reported by domestic and foreign researchers, including lignans, alkaloids, flavonoids, coumarins, tripterpenoids, quinones, iridoids and unsaturated fatty acids. We review herein the chemical structures and antitumor activities of these compounds. The future research direction in this field is prospected.
