Two New Spirocyclic Compounds from Gymnotheca involucrata

Two new spirocyclic compounds, named 8-oxo-1-oxa-3,9-diazaspiro[4.6]undec-2-ene (2) and 8-hydroxy-1-oxa-3-azaspiro[4.5]dec-2-ene (3), together with one known spirocyclic compound, were isolated from the whole plants of Gymnotheca involucrata C.Pei. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by means of HR-MS and 1D and 2D NMR.
