Growth Performance of Different Varieties of Radish (Raphanus sativa L.) under Citrus Based Agri-hoticulture System

The present study was conducted to evaluate the growth performance of three different varieties of radish viz., Hill Queen, Mino Early Long White and Pusa Chitki Long under citrus based agrihorticulture system. The experiment was laid out in randomized block design with seven replications. Seed germination was found maximum in Mino Early Long White (60.80%) as compared to other varieties. Observation on growth parameters indicated that the plant height and number of leaves were found maximumin Mino Early Long White (11.78 cm), (6.48) respectively whereas leaf length was found maximum in Pusa Chitki long (10.62 cm), root length (12.40 cm) and root yield (20.50 Kg) were found maximum in Hill Queen respectively.
