A study evaluated the nutrient content and acceptability of sewage-fed fish relative to fresh water-fed fish. The former were found to be tastier, have a higher caloric value (slightly higher fat and protein content) and in no way to be inferior to the latter in mineral content. A previous report found cooked preparations of sewage-fed fish to be non-pathogenic. (wz)
