Extract: The purpose of this report is to present to those computer users who suffer a shortage of operational, sophisticated computer software, a simple, efficient linear programming computer program which we have named the "Granite State L. p. model". it is written in FORTRAN IV, the most familiar, widely used and versatile of computer languages. it is written for implementation on the DEC 10, but can be used on other computer systems with varying degrees of ease. it offers a broad range of informational and operational options that is not commonly found in other models.
