A field experiment was conducted in the year 2010–2011 to find out the effect of different combinations of organic, inorganic manures and biofertilizers on yield and quality of Acid lime at, AICRP (Tropical Fruits), Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Krishi Vidyapeeth, Akola in Mrig bahar. The treatments consisted of application of full dose of NPK, FYM, Vermicompost, AM, Azospirillium and PSB in different combinations along with a control. The study indicates that the Plant growth parameters in terms of plant height, plant spread, plant volume, leafarea, fruit yield parameters in terms of number of fruits harvested per plant, fruit yield (kg/plant) and quality parameters were significantly influenced by different combinations of organic manure, inorganic fertilizer and biofertilizers. Application of 75% RDF (450:225:225 g NPK) + 40 kg vermicompost + 500 g AM/plant + PSB 100 g/plant resulted in maximum growth, fruit yield and fruit quality in terms of fruit juice content, peel thickness, total soluble solids and ascorbic acid. though the results were non-significant.
