SynopsisRecovery of N by a single crop of corn from oxamide mixed with the soil decreased with increase in granule size, but total recovery by 3 successive crops was similar for several sizes of oxamide. Similar high recoveries of N by a single corn crop resulted from mixed application of the fine oxamide, urea, NH₄NO₃, and (NH₄)₂SO₄,. Recovery from surface-applied urea and fine oxamide was much lower.
