We recorded for the first time the presence of Eumaeus childrenae larvae feeding on the cycad Ceratozamia sp. nov. in the municipality of Candelaria Loxicha, Oaxaca, Mexico, in its natural habitat. This report complements the knowledge about the relationship between the genus Eumaeus and Mexican cycads.
