The highest nitrogen per cent in groundnut plant and kernel (2.41 and 4.91) and phosphorus content (0.44 and 0.47 per cent) was recorded due the application of RDF + gypsum @ 500 kg ha⁻¹. The yield and economic benefit improved due to RDF + gypsum @ 500 kg ha⁻¹.
