Effective attitude surveys
1978
Hawk, Donald L.
Attitude survey questionnaires are a potent diagnostic tool when properly planned, administered and evaluated. Seven distinct steps need to be carefully prepared and evaluated if the research is to be effective. Each of these is explained: (1) assessing organizational commitment, (2) selecting an appropriate questionnaire, (3) administering the survey, (4) interpreting the data, (5) feedback and refinement of data interpretation with employees, (6) developing an action plan, and (7) measuring the financial impact of employee attitudes.
