Examination of the Change in Soil Moisture Diffusivity During Outflow

Experimental outflow curves were matched with theoretical curves by assuming a change in diffusivity proportional to a ratio of theoretical and experimental time values. The noted change of the diffusivity is not a function of the change in moisture content, but presumably the result of a complicated drainage sequence of soil pores.
