Haematological and biochemical parameters were altered mainly on dose dependant manner due to kidney damage. Grossly, kidneys were pale and white chalky material was present. Microscopically, tubular necrosis, eosinophilic casts, haemorrhages, leukocytic infiltration, basophilic tubules and regeneration of tubular epithelium were observed on dose dependant manner.
