Due to the complex dynamic nature of the functioning of the majority of natural systems, including the largest spatial and temporal dimensions, dangerous events may occur secretly for humanity, which are almost impossible to predict and even more so to avoid. All this is activated by the intense pollution of the natural environment from physical agents, which reaches the greatest extent and threatens the physical and psychological health of a human being, as long as he is in continuous contact with the surrounding social and natural environmental conditions. Determining the joint parameters of the means of ensuring the protection of human health in the surrounding natural space is the main task of the society.
