Effect of green manure and microbiological fertilizer on the population of fungi of the genus Fusarium in a greenhouse | Влияние сидератов и микробиологического удобрения на численность почвенных грибов рода Fusarium в защищённом грунте

English. Combined use of green manures and microbiological fertilizers to reduce the number of pathogenic micromycetes in the soil is an urgent task in agriculture. The aim of the research was to evaluate the effect of green manure crops of wild mustard (Sinapis alba L.) and common oats (Avena sativa) with and without joint use of microbiological fertilizer "Geostim" (0.3 mL/m2) on the content of fungi of the genus Fusarium in soil. The experiments were carried out in 2023 at the Federal Research Center of Biological Plant Protection under greenhouse conditions in spring and in autumn. The experiment included 6 variants. In the experimental plots, soil samples were taken thrice with a two-month interval; a mycological analysis was carried out. The results in the reference plot showed low suppressiveness against Fusarium. In the mustard sown field, the content of Fusarium CFU decreased by 11.6 CFU/g of absolutely dry soil (a.d.s.) (95.9%). In the oat sown field, the content of Fusarium fungi was slightly lower than in the reference plot. "Geostim" application without green manure reduced the number of the phytopathogen by 6.1 CFU/g of a.d.s. (62.9%). "Geostim" combined with mustard enhanced the fungicidal effect of green manure against Fusarium fungi reducing the content of CFU per 1 g of a.d.s by 11.9 thousand (99.2%); in co-use with oats, Fusarium content decreased by 3.7 thousand CFU per 1 g of a.d.s (45.7%) indicating enhancing the fungicidal effect of oats. Two months after green manure sowing and fertilization, effect of green manure on the number of Fusarium was 41.1%, effect of "Geostim" 5.9%, their combined effect on this indicator 50.4%. And in 2 months after green manure incorporation and repeated application of the biological product, effect of green manure was 83.6%, effect of "Geostim" 4.9%, their combined effect 9.2%; this indicates an increase in the fungicidal effect of combination of green manure and microbiological fertilizer "Geostim".

Russian. Совместное применение сидератов и микробиологических удобрений для снижения количества патогенных микромицетов в почве является актуальной задачей в сельском хозяйстве. Цель работы – оценить влияние посевов сидератов (горчицы белой (Sinapis alba L.) и овса посевного (Avena sativa)) при совместном использовании микробиологического удобрения "Геостим" (0,3 мл/м2) и без него на содержание грибов рода Fusarium в почве. Исследование проводили в 2023 г. в условиях защищенного грунта в ФГБНУ "Федеральный научный центр биологической защиты растений" в весенний и осенний обороты. Опыт включал шесть вариантов. На опытных участках почвенные образцы отбирали три раза с интервалом два месяца и проводили микологический анализ. Результаты в контроле показали низкую супрессивность в отношении Fusarium. В варианте с посевом горчицы содержание КОЕ Fusarium снизилось на 11,6 КОЕ/г а.с.п. (95,9%). В варианте с посевом овса количество грибов рода Fusarium незначительно снижалось по сравнению с контролем. Внесение удобрения "Геостим" без сидератов снизило численность фитопатогенов на 6,1 КОЕ/г а.с.п. (62,9%). Использование препарата "Геостим" и посев горчицы усилили фунгицидное действие сидерата против грибов рода Fusarium, снизив содержание КОЕ/г а.с.п. на 11,9 тыс. (99,2%), а при совместном использовании с посевом овса содержание Fusarium снизилось на 3,7 тыс. КОЕ/г а.с.п. (45,7%), что свидетельствует об усилении фунгицидного эффекта овса. Спустя два месяца после посева сидератов и внесения удобрения влияние сидератов на численность Fusarium составило 41,1%, влияние удобрения "Геостим" – 5,9%, а их совместное влияние на этот показатель составило 50,4%. Через два месяца после заделки сидератов и повторного внесения биопрепарата, влияние сидератов составляло 83,6%, препарата "Геостим" – 4,9%, а их взаимодействие – 9,2%, что говорит об усилении фунгицидного эффекта при посеве сидератов и использовании препарата "Геостим".
