AGRI-SAVOIR: A toolkit for knowledge management in agriculture | AGRI-SAVOIR : Une boîte à outils pour la gestion des connaissances en agriculture

English. The Agri-Savoir toolbox describes a global approach to knowledge management dedicated to actors in the agricultural world. This includes two complementary methodologies: the CKF (Critical Knowledge Factors) tool and the CoMM (Community Maturity Model) tool. In a practical way, this toolbox can be used both to better understand the concepts and issues related to knowledge management, to define the areas of knowledge to work on a given theme, to assess the state of progress of work on a technical question, to analyze the interactions and links that unite the members of a collective but also to build an action plan to try to better meet the strategic and/or operational objectives that the community has set itself. French. La boîte à outil Agri-Savoir décrit une démarche globale de gestion des connaissances dédiée aux acteurs du monde agricole. Celle-ci reprend deux méthodologies complémentaires : l'outil CKF (Critical Knowledge Factors) et l'outil CoMM (Community Maturity Model). De manière pratico-pratique, cette boîte à outils peut servir à la fois pour mieux comprendre les concepts et les enjeux liés à la gestion des connaissances, pour définir les domaines de connaissance à travailler sur une thématique donnée, pour évaluer l’état d’avancement des travaux sur une question technique, pour analyser les interactions et les liens qui unissent les membres d’un collectif mais aussi pour construire un plan d’action pour tenter de mieux répondre aux objectifs stratégiques et/ou opérationnels que se fixe la communauté.Une version simplifiée est accessible à: https://hal.archives-ouvertes.fr/hal-03692210
