Trends in the development of agricultural land use in Russia | Тенденции развития сельскохозяйственного землепользования в России

English. The changes in the agricultural land areas in the Russian Federation for 2015-2021 have been studied. The results are presented below. The construction of trend lines is a tool for both analysis and forecasting. The models of changes in the land areas were composed by the regression analysis. They concern both all agricultural lands within the Russian Federation territory and grouping agricultural lands by types in the constituent entities of the Federation and federal districts of the country. The changes by federal districts are analyzed, the areas are given, and the reasons for the transformations are indicated. There has been identified the trend to reduction the total agricultural land area in the Russian Federation and at the same time the trend to reduction the abandoned land area. The percentage ratio of different types of agricultural land changed slightly during the study period. The results obtained will allow analyzing the features of land use and the land use system, to further identify the main development trends in the context of the category of land under consideration, to determine a set of indicators that describe the land use system in the region, its information support. These results can be a launching pad in solving the problems of planning and forecasting agricultural land use in the context of implementing the tasks of efficient use of land resources, promote preventing the reduction of agricultural land, reducing the negative impact on the soil, and involving abandoned lands into agricultural turnover.

Russian. Представлены результаты исследования динамики изменения площадей с.-х. земель Российской Федерации за 2015-2021 гг. Строительство линий тренда является инструментом как анализа, так и прогнозирования. Методами регрессионного анализа были построены модели изменения площади как всех земель с.-х. назначения в пределах территории Российской Федерации, так и с группировкой по видам с.-х. угодий в субъектах федерации и федеральных округах страны. Проанализированы изменения по федеральным округам, приведены площади, указаны причины преобразований. Выявлен тренд на сокращение общей площади земель с.-х. назначения в РФ и одновременно – тренд на сокращение площади залежи. Процентное соотношение разных видов с.-х. угодий за период исследования менялось незначительно. Полученные результаты позволят проанализировать особенности землепользования и системы землепользования, в дальнейшем выявить основные тенденции развития в контексте рассматриваемой категории земель, определить набор показателей, описывающих систему землепользования в регионе, ее информационное обеспечение. Данные результаты могут быть стартовой площадкой в решении задач планирования и прогнозирования с.-х. землепользования в контексте реализации задач эффективного использования земельных ресурсов, способствовать предотвращению сокращения с.-х. земель и угодий, сокращения негативного воздействия на почву, вовлечения выбывших земель в оборот.
