This document presents the proposals of the Caribbean in its strategic plan that is currently being promoted by the Institute of Cooperation for Agriculture (ICA) for the modernization and revitalization of agriculture in Latin America and the Caribbean, agriculture in rural populations and their development in political perspectives are addressed.
