Haematological and biochemical profiles in a freshwater teleost,Cyprinus carpio var. communis, exposed to sub-lethal toxicity of the insecticidecyhalothrin were studied. During the treatment, erythrocyte count,haemoglobin content and protein content decreased, whereas leucocyte countand glucose level increased.
