Промыслово-биологические показатели рыболовства для важнейших распределенных запасов водных биоресурсов Черного моря как основа их регионального оценивания | Fishery and biological parameters of the fisheries targeting the most important shared stocks of aquatic bioresources of the Black Sea as a basis for their regional assessment

The current state of regional fisheries management for the most important stocks of aquatic biological resources in the Black Sea is considered. The data on length and age composition, catch, fishing intensity, and some biological parameters of the Black Sea sprat Sprattus sprattus phalericus (Risso), European anchovy Engraulis encrasicolus (L.), Black Sea horse mackerel Trachurus mediterraneus ponticus Aleev, Black Sea turbot Scophthalmus maeoticus (Pallas), red mullet Mullus barbatus ponticus Essipov, piked dogfish Squalus acanthias L., thornback ray Raja clavata L., whiting Merlangius merlangus euxinus (L.), Atlantic bonito Sarda sarda L. and veined rapa whelk Rapana venosa (Valenciennes) are presented for the Black Sea for the period from 2000 to 2017. In particular linear growth parameters and length-weight relationships are given for the Black Sea sprat, Black Sea turbot, thornback ray and the veined rapa whelk in the Russian and foreign waters of the Black Sea. It is shown that the piked dogfish catch structure evidences the low level of its exploitation in the Black Sea, which makes very doubtful the reliability of high regional assessments of fishing mortality, indicating overfishing of this species.

Рассмотрено состояние дел в региональном регулировании промысла важнейших запасов водных биологических ресурсов Черного моря. Приведены сведения о размерно-возрастной структуре, вылове и интенсивности промысла, а также о некоторых биологических показателях черноморского шпрота Sprattus sprattus phalericus (Risso), хамсы Engraulis encrasicolus (L.), черноморской ставриды Trachurus mediterraneus ponticus Aleev, черноморского калкана Scophthalmus maeoticus (Pallas), барабули Mullus barbatus ponticus Essipov, акулы катрана Squalus acanthias L., морской лисицы Raja clavata L., черноморского мерланга Merlangius merlangus euxinus (L.), пеламиды Sarda sarda L. и рапаны Rapana venosa (Valenciennes) в Черном море в 2000–2017 гг. В частности представлены характеристики линейного роста и зависимости «длина–масса» в российских и иностранных водах Черного моря для шпрота, калкана, морской лисицы и рапаны, а также данные о промысловых усилиях и CPUE шпрота, черноморской хамсы, калкана и рапаны. Отмечено, что структура уловов акулы катрана свидетельствует о низкой степени эксплуатации данного вида в Черном море, что ставит под сомнение достоверность высоких региональных оценок промысловой смертности, указывающих на его перелов.
