The potential of ultrasound screening for the timely non-invasive detection of internal anomalies for culling sturgeon specimens in order to optimize the structure and accelerate the maturation of the cultivated females from the broodstock and increase the efficiency of their use are considered. The reasons for significant (up to 4–8 years) delay in maturation of 30–50 % of sturgeon females in the domestic broodstock are analyzed, and typical echograms of the most common anomalies in the broodstock are described, and a new technological scheme, that allows to significantly reduce the frequency of malformation occurrence, is presented.
Show more [+] Less [-]Рассмотрены возможности ультразвукового скрининга для своевременного неинвазионного выявления внутренних аномалий и отбраковки особей осетровых в целях оптимизации структуры и ускорения созревания самок РМС и повышения эффективности их использования. Анализируются причины существенной (до 4–8 лет) задержки полового созревания 30–50 % самок осетровых и описаны типичные эхограммы наиболее распространенных аномалий РМС, а также новая технологическая схема, позволяющая существенно сократить частоту их встречаемости.
