A comparative assessment of the toxicity of the azole pesticide action on the processes of Daphnia life is made. It demonstrates the different intensity of toxic effects of the xenobiotics analyzed. The findings of chronic experiment allowed to determine inoperative and threshold concentration of the substances studied. It was found out that for the same content of active substance (metsulfuron-methyl) Singer showed great toxicity, which is caused by the presence of more toxic components in the mixture. It was concluded that in this case, more rational for the environment is the use of the herbicide Laren, as less dangerous to aquatic organisms studied.
Show more [+] Less [-]Дана оценка токсичности гербицидов на основе метсульфурон–метила на процессы жизнедеятельности дафний. Продемонстрирована различная интенсивность развития токсического эффекта проанализированных ксенобиотиков. Полученные данные хронического эксперимента позволили определить недействующие и пороговые концентрации исследованных веществ. Установлено, что при одинаковом содержании действующего вещества (метсульфурон-метил) Зингер, СП проявил большую токсичность. Сделан вывод, что оба пестицида безопасны и могут применяться в водоохранной рыбохозяйственной зоне в рекомендуемых дозировках, не нанося особого ущерба зоопланктону.
