Microcotyle panceri Sonsino, 1891 retrouve sur les branchies d'Umbrina cirrhosa dans le golfe de Tunis est redecrit. La larve ciliee nageante a ete obtenue experimentalement. Les stades post-larvaires observes permettent de comparer le developpement a celui des autres Microcotyle.

The swimming ciliated larva was obtained experimentally. Observation of post-larval stages makes it possible to compare its development with that of the other Microcotyle.
