Durant la période mars 1996 - mars 1997, nous avons suivi sur un échantillon de 720 individus, l’état de la maturité sexuelle des femelles de sandre Stizostedion lucioperca peuplant la retenue du barrage de Sidi Salem (nord de la Tunisie). Parallèlement, une étude basée sur des coupes histologiques a été réalisée sur un échantillon de 65 femelles (taille moyenne = 35 cm, poids moyen = 522 g et âge moyen = 1,8 ans). Ces travaux ont permis de montrer que: - l’âge de la première maturité sexuelle des femelles est d'un an pour une taille de 24 cm et un poids de 90 g. - la fécondité relative est de 200 œufs / g de poids corporel et la fécondité absolue F est fortement corrélée avec le poids W (F=632 *W 0,77), la taille L (F=6760*L  148372) et l'âge t (F=83791*t  60373). - la saison de ponte qui s'étend de fin février à la première quinzaine de mars pour des températures voisines de 14 °C. Enfin, l’examen histologique a montré que la maturation des ovocytes est synchrone permettant une ponte unique simultanée.

: Between march 1996 and march 1997, a study on sexual maturity was led on a sample of 720 females of pike perch Stizostedion lucioperca living in Sidi Salem reservoir located in the north of Tunisia. Beside, a histological study including a microscopic observation of the oocyte maturity, was led on 65 females. These two studies showed that the age of first sexual maturity is one year for the females of pikeperch in Tunisia ( length was 24 cm and weight was 90 g ). On the other hand, the spawning period is mainly influenced by the temperature. In fact, it begins by the end of february and lasts to the second half of march when the temperature is close to 14°C. The relative fecondity is about 200 eggs/ g of female body weight and the absolute fecondity F is highly linked to the weight W (F=632* W 0.77), to the length L (F=6760*L 148372) and to the age t (F= 83791*t  60373). Finally, histological observation displayed a synchronous ovogenesis wich allowed a simultanous unic spawning of pikeperch population in all the considered resevoir .

يتناول هذا البحث دراسة حالة البلوغ الجنسي عند إناث سمك القربصي المتواجد في بحيرة سد سيدي سالم وذلك خلال الفترة الممتدة ما بين مارس 1996 ومارس 1997 كما اشتمل البحث على دراسة الأنسجة للخلايا الجنسية ضمن عينة متكونة من 65 أنثى، وبين البحث مايلي : - أن البلوغ الجنسي عند الإناث يقع في عمر السنة الواحدة وبمعدل طول 24 صم ووزن 90 غ. - الخصوبة النسبية عند الإناث تبلغ 200 بيضة/غ من الوزن الكامل. وان الخصوبة المطلقة شديدة الارتباط بالوزن والطول والسن. - موسم التناسل يمتد من أواخر شهر فيفري إلى منتصف شهر مارس وذلك عندما تبلغ درجة حرارة الماء 14. واخيرا بينت دراسة الأنسجة إن نضج الخلايا الجنسية متزامن مما يؤكد أن وضع البيض فوري ووحيد.
