Study of some physiologically active substances in wines by using chromatographic method.

The composition of physiologically active substances, in particular phytohormones, was determined in the Kakheti, Cabernet, Gurjaani, Gareji and Mukuzani wines by the thin layer chromatography (TLC) method. Citric acid, indoleacetic acid, gibberellic acid, abscisic acid and cytokines were identified in the examined wines. Fig. 2, Ref. 3.
