Apoyar al grupo interno de trabajo Centro de Alto Rendimiento (CAR) poniendo en práctica los conocimientos de administración deportiva | Support the internal work group of the High Performance Center (CAR) putting into practice the knowledge of sports administration

El siguiente documento plantea la modalidad de grado de pasantía, en este caso dentro del Ministerio del deporte ubicado en la localidad Salitre sede C.A.R. Esto se realiza con el fin de poner en práctica los conocimientos adquiridos durante la formación académica en el proyecto curricular Administración Deportiva durante los diez semestres estudiados de forma tanto presencial como virtual (Pandemia) en la sede Bosa Porvenir ubicada en la ciudad de Bogotá. Con la pasantía se pretende afianzar las prácticas y las teorías de cómo administrar dentro del deporte resaltando que en el Mindeporte es el máximo ente administrativo del deporte nacional, valga la redundancia, desde allí se forma el Sistema Nacional del deporte y mediante este se regula y se clasifica el deporte de forma Nacional, Departamental y Municipal donde se planean, distribuye y coordinan proyectos de carácter formativo, recreativo, de alto rendimiento, profesional, de ocio, de aprovechamiento del tiempo libre con tal de fomentar el deporte para la mejora del estilo de vida, salud, educación, la cultural y crear comunidades más unidas ya sea de forma pública o privada. Por otro lado, con el fin de cumplir exitosamente con esta modalidad de grado, se realizaron las funciones debidas dentro del Grupo Interno de Trabajo Centro de Alto Rendimiento como lo es el manejo de bases de datos, recorridos como medio de control y supervisión de escenarios, manejo de herramientas ofimáticas, creación de manuales específicamente sobre el mantenimiento y la conservación del buen estado, tambien se realizo seguimiento de los deportistas y entrenadores que hacen uso de los distintos escenarios, que por medio de informes, se transmite al Grupo Interno de Trabajo sobre el ingreso, la hora, los días, la federación a la cual pertenecen, edades, nivel de escolaridad y lugar de procedencia, teniendo en cuenta que la principal función de este complejo deportivo C.A.R. en Colombia es prestar sus servicios para deportistas de alto rendimiento. Por último, se tiene en cuenta los aprendizajes de la práctica realizada, entre esos se destaca uso de herramientas Ofimáticas y Base de datos, tener sentido de pertenencia por los escenarios, organización y clasificación de documentación, atención al usuario, analizar información, apoyar al compañero, tener buen ambiente laboral y el trabajo en grupo.

The following document proposes the modality of internship degree, in this case within the Ministerio del Deporte located in the locality Salitre C.A.R. This is done in order to put into practice the knowledge acquired during the academic training in the curricular project Administración Deportiva during the ten semesters studied in both classroom and virtual form (Pandemic) in the Bosa Porvenir headquarters located in the Bogota city. With the internship is intended to strengthen the practices and theories of how to manage within the sport highlighting that the Mindeporte is the highest administrative body of national sport, worth the redundancy, from there the Sistema Nacional del Deporte is formed and through this the sport is regulated and classified in a National, Departmental and Municipal way, Departmental and Municipal where projects of formative, recreational, high performance, professional, leisure, and free time projects are planned, distributed and coordinated in order to promote sports for the improvement of lifestyle, health, education, culture and to create more united communities either publicly or privately. On the other hand, in order to successfully comply with this type of degree, the appropriate functions were performed within the Grupo Interno de Trabajo Centro de Alto Rendimiento, such as database management, tours as a means of control and supervision of scenarios, management of office automation tools, creation of manuals specifically on the maintenance and conservation of the good condition, Also, the monitoring of athletes and coaches who use the different scenarios, which through reports, is transmitted to the Grupo Interno de Trabajo on the income, time, days, the federation to which they belong, ages, level of schooling and place of origin, taking into account that the main function of this sports complex C.A.R. in Colombia is to provide services for high performance athletes. Finally, we take into account the lessons learned from the practice carried out, among which we highlight the use of office tools and databases, having a sense of belonging to the scenarios, organization and classification of documentation, user service, analyzing information, supporting colleagues, having a good working environment and group work.
