Evaluación del efecto del control fitosanitario y la fertilización en el rendimiento de los cultivos de papa y tomate con base a la encuesta nacional agropecuaria 2017

Esta investigación tiene por objeto evaluar estadísticamente el efecto que tiene el control fitosanitario y la fertilización en el rendimiento de los cultivos de papa y tomate en las principales regiones productoras de Colombia, a partir de los resultados de la Encuesta Nacional Agropecuaria (ENA) 2017. Para ello, se seleccionaron los casos de los departamentos de Cundinamarca y Boyacá, por ser los principales cultivadores de ambos productos en el país; se definieron las categorías y variables que pudieran inferir en el rendimiento de los cultivos de papa y tomate; y se aplicaron pruebas en el Software R con base en el Test de FlignerKilleen y el Test de Mann-Whitney Wilcoxon. Se presentan los resultados de las pruebas para cada producto (papa y tomate), concluyendo que el uso de maquinaria, control fitosanitario y fertilización mejoran los rendimientos de los cultivos de papa y tomate en ambos departamentos, mientras que la presencia o ausencia de insumos químicos pareciera no tener efectos contundentes sobre los mismos.

This research aims to statistically evaluate the effect of phytosanitary control and fertilization on the yield of potato and tomato crops in the main producing regions of Colombia, based on the results of the National Agricultural Survey (ENA) 2017. To do this, select the cases of the departments of Cundinamarca and Boyacá, by the main growers of both products in the country; the categories and variables that classified inferred in the yield of potato and tomato crops were defined; and tests were applied in the R Software based on the FlignerKilleen Test and the Mann-Whitney Wilcoxon Test. The results of the tests for each product (potato and tomato) are presented, concluding that the use of machinery, phytosanitary control and improved fertilization yields of potato and tomato crops in both departments, while the presence or absence of chemical inputs It seems to have no blunt effects on them.
