Pasantía de ingeniería ambiental como soporte técnico dentro del proceso de evaluación del trámite de vertimientos y reúso de agua en la Corporación Autónoma para la Defensa de la Meseta de Bucaramanga (CDMB)

La pasantía se llevó a cabo como opción de grado para obtener el título de Ingeniera Ambiental, la cual se realizó en la Subdirección de Evaluación y Control Ambiental (SEYCA) de la Corporación Autónoma Regional para la Defensa de la meseta de Bucaramanga (CDMB), apoyando técnicamente los trámites de permiso de vertimientos y de reúso de aguas residuales, este último como un proceso pionero en esta autoridad ambiental. El apoyo técnico a los trámites contempló visitas técnicas a los usuarios que los gestionaron, así como revisión de documentación técnica importante; caracterización de aguas, memorias técnicas y explicativas de sistemas de tratamiento, documentos legales y planos, cuyo análisis se plasmó en un concepto técnico que definirá la viabilidad del permiso. Dando mayor alcance a la pasantía y reconociendo la importancia de la microcuenca del río Frío, se analizó la gestión integral del agua en relación con los usuarios que poseían el trámite de permiso de vertimientos en SEYCA y se evaluó el potencial de reúso de su agua residual aplicando la normatividad ambiental vigente en esta materia.
Show more [+] Less [-]The internship was carried out as a degree option to obtain the title of Environmental Engineer, which was carried out in the Subdirección of Evaluation and Control of Environmental (SEYCA) of the Regional Autonomous Corporation for the Defense of the Plateau of Bucaramanga (CDMB), technically supporting the procedures for allowing discharges and reuse of wastewater, the latter as a pioneering process in this environmental authority. The technical support to the procedures included technical visits to the users who managed them, as well as review of important technical documentation; water characterization, technical and explanatory reports of treatment systems, legal documents and plans, whose analysis was reflected in a technical concept that will define the viability of the permit. To give a greater scope to the internship and recognizing the importance of the micro-basin of the Frio River, the integral management of water was analyzed in relation to the users who had the process of dumping permit in SEYCA and the potential for reuse of its wastewater was evaluated by applying the environmental regulations in force in this area.
