Verificación del plan de gestión de residuos de un concesionario del SITP | Verification of the integral waste management plan of a SITP consetionary

El presente trabajo se enfoca en la verificación del cumplimiento del programa de gestión integral de residuos sólidos de un concesionario del SITP, teniendo en cuenta la gran problemática que posee Bogotá frente al inadecuado manejo de los residuos, así mismo es importante verificar el plan de Gestión Integral de Residuos Sólidos – PGIRS el cual tiene consignado todas las actividades y procedimientos a realizar para la gestión de los residuos de la compañía utilizando una metodología enfocada en 4 etapas, de revisión documental, descripción del plan, verificación del marco legal y las oportunidades de mejora pertinentes, obteniendo como resultado la inclusión de medidas importantes para el manejo especial de baterías usadas y llantas usadas. Es importante destacar que el concesionario posee un PGIRS específico para los residuos que allí se generan, sin embargo se evidencian algunas oportunidades de mejora frente a las baterías y llantas usadas, las cuales se caracterizan por ser residuos de alto impacto ambiental.

The present work focuses on the verification of compliance with the program of integral management of solid waste of a SITP concessionaire, taking into account the great problem that Bogota has against the inappropriate management of waste, as well as verifying the Integral Management Plan of Solid Waste - PGIRS which has consigned all the activities and procedures to be carried out for the management of the company's waste using a methodology focused on 4 stages, of documentary review, description of the plan, verification of the legal framework and opportunities for improvement , resulting in the inclusion of important measures for the special handling of used batteries and used tires. It is important to highlight that the concessionaire has a specific PGIRS for the waste generated there, however there are some improvement opportunities compared to the used batteries and tires, which are characterized by being high environmental impact wastes.
