Smart cities and their importance in front of Covid-19 | Ciudades inteligentes y su importancia ante el Covid-19

An intelligent city or Smart City is the great masterpiece of the human being, an interconnected expression that applies new technologies to create solutions that allow the intelligent operation of the strategic areas of the country that converge in a better quality of life.  The health crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has shown that it is necessary to accelerate the development of smart cities around the world, so this type of cities present an urban model, based on health care, the generation of green spaces, ecotechnology, integrated mobility, friendly energy which allows transparency in the processes away from acts of corruption in the governmental bases. The objective of this research is to analyze the importance of smart cities in times of COVID-19. It started with a characterization through the analysis of expert reports, organizations, international governments on the importance of Smart Cities. As a conclusion, it was found that the generation of permanent state policies is required to enable the development and implementation of smart cities as a source of economic revival, growth and sustainable development for the city, the country and the world in times of COVID-19.

Una ciudad inteligente o Smart City se constituye como la gran obra maestra del ser humano, una expresión interconectada que aplica las nuevas tecnologías para crear soluciones que permitan el funcionamiento inteligente de las áreas estratégicas del país que confluya en una mejor calidad de vida.  La crisis sanitaria provocada por la pandemia de COVID-19 ha demostrado que se requiere acelerar el desarrollo de las ciudades inteligentes en todo el mundo, por lo que este tipo de urbes presentan un modelo urbanístico, basado en el cuidado de la salud, la generación de espacios verdes, la ecotecnología, movilidad integrada, energías amigables lo que permite la transparencia en los procesos que se aparten de los actos de corrupción en las bases gubernamentales. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo, analizar la importancia de las ciudades inteligentes en tiempos de COVID-19. Se Se realizó un estudio no experimental descriptivo mediante la caracterización a través del análisis de informes expertos, organizaciones, gobiernos internacionales sobre la importancia de las Smart Cities. Como conclusión se encontró que se requiere la generación de políticas de estado permanentes que permitan el desarrollo e implantación de las ciudades inteligentes como fuente de reactivación económica, el crecimiento y desarrollo sostenible a favor de la ciudad, el país y el mundo en tiempos de COVID-19.
