Propuesta de implementación de fortalecimiento organizativo de los productores de arroz de la parroquia La Cuca del cantón Arenillas

En la presente investigación se realizó una propuesta de fortalecimiento organizativo a los productores de arroz (Oryza sativa) de la Corporación Agro empresarial Arenillas “COAGRO” perteneciente a la parroquia la Cuca del Cantón Arenillas, para mejorar la estructura organizacional y el manejo que tiene la corporación con sus asociados, y la vez capacitándolos sobre los costos de producción que tienen al producir arroz, la importancia que tienen las asociaciones dentro del sector agropecuario radica en el trabajo en conjunto que tienen todos los integrantes, hace que los productos que generen tengan mayor salida y mejor calidad para los consumidores finales y den facilidades de adquisición. La producción del cultivo de arroz es uno de los rubros más importantes del campo agrícola ya que es uno de los productos no petroleros que aporta al PIB nacional con el 1.55% considerando que todo el sector agrícola en la actualidad aporta el 10% del PIB, además es el segundo cereal más importante a nivel global, esto hace que los manejos que se le den a este cultivo sean adecuados, por lo que las asociaciones agropecuarias intervienen directamente formando grupos de organizaciones de acuerdo al área que se está explotando los diferentes cultivos, es ahí donde las corporaciones y cooperativas arroceras juegan su papel, donde manejan a todos los productores que se dedican a cultivar arroz, mejorando, capacitando, cooperando, otorgando beneficios productivos a cada uno de ellos, COAGRO contribuye al crecimiento de los agricultores que son afiliados, aportando al desarrollo de ellos mediante aspectos económicos, ambientales y sociales, generando fuentes de empleo en la parroquia la Cuca y a todo el Cantón Arenillas, se realizó un sondeo en la parroquia la Cuca a los diferentes productores de arroz asociados y no asociados, por lo que se obtuvo varia información para el planteamiento de la problemática y los objetivos hasta llegar al lugar principal de estudio que es la COAGRO, donde se contactó al presidente y gerente para poder continuar la investigación y poder interactuar con todos los asociados y realizar la propuesta del fortalecimiento organizativo de acuerdo a las falencias observadas dentro de la organización, la información obtenida en este trabajo fue tabulada en Excel, sin embargo el análisis respectivo se lo realizó en el programa estadístico SPSS en su última versión 24.0, en este paquete estadístico se realizaron las gráficas en la cual nos permitió observarlas e interpretarlas. Además, se levantó información en la parte socio económica y de producción, buscando información estadística en las distintas plataformas institucionales que permitieron realizar una disección de cada una de ellas para poderlas añadir a esta investigación, estas páginas son los boletines del Banco Central del Ecuador, boletines de la Organización de las Naciones Unidas, del Instituto Nacional de Estadísticas y Censos, fue muy importante adquirir información secundaria, se realizó revisión bibliográfica en artículos de revistas, trabajos de titulación y complexivos que fueron relevantes para el avance de esta investigación y trabajos de importancia sobre los temas principales de las asociaciones y del cultivo de arroz.
