Tannin and non tannin phenolic compounds in some high altitude tree fodder of Arunachal Pradesh

Study has been made to analyse some important tree fodder in terms of different tannin and non-tannin phenolic and content. The result of present study revealed'that the tree fodder commonly fed to livestock in Arunachal Pradesh contained moderately lower to medium content of pure (l.35±0.06 g% in domkar to 3.92±0.32 g% in maar) and condensed tannins (0.70±0.29 mg/100 g in khakusuma. to 34.8±0.3 mg/100 g in matekpa).
