A three-way Likert scale was used to measure the impact and evaluate the training process. The results of the analysis showed that there was a positive and statistically significant correlation at the level (α≤0.01), for most of the items of the study axes, and for some of the items there was a positive and statistically significant correlation at the level (α≤0.05), with the exception of some paragraphs where the correlation was not significant, as it was found that the evaluation of The levels of reaction, learning, behavior and results of the respondents towards the training program were within the high level, as a result of their acquisition of new knowledge and skills from specialized training courses, and they achieved positive results in improving their performance in the field of cotton crop production.
