Previously located and newly designed protective forest belts in the complex of anti-erosion measures | Ранее размещенные и вновь проектируемые защитные лесополосы в комплексе противоэрозионных мероприятий

According to the results of the Competition "For achieving high performance in the cultivation of crop production and increasing soil fertility" held within the framework of the 25th At the All–Russian Agro-Industrial Exhibition "Golden Autumn - 2023", a silver medal was awarded to the scientific development of the State University of Land Management. The key provisions of this development aimed at more complete use of capabilities of protective forest belts to ensure the country's food security are considered. This development is focused on the complex of anti-erosion measures, the place of silvicultural reclamation in it, and to the analysis of the rules for the formation of protective forest belts for various territories. The work results allow determining the key directions for the development of forest shelterbelts, estimating the environmental level of their reproduction and land conservation. It is shown that it is necessary to study the natural, climatic, economic, and other conditions of the corresponding territories to develop specific measures. At the same time, the specific features for creating protective forest belts depend on many factors in certain areas, the degree of land exposure to erosion processes, etc. Arrangement diagrams of various tree species in the forest belts, as well as measures to improve the federal and the regional statutory regulations in the field, dealing with the regulation of the forest shelterbelts are suggested.

По итогам Конкурса "За достижение высоких показателей в выращивании продукции растениеводства и повышении плодородия почв", проведенного в рамках 25-ой Всероссийской агропромышленной выставки "Золотая осень – 2023", серебряную медаль получила научная разработка ФГБОУ ВО "Государственный университет по землеустройству". Рассмотрены ключевые положения этой разработки, которые направлены на более полное использование возможностей защитных лесополос для обеспечения продовольственной безопасности страны. Основное внимание в данной разработке уделено комплексу противоэрозионных мероприятий, месту в нем агролесомелиорации, анализу правил формирования защитных лесополос для различных территорий. Результаты разработки позволяют определить ключевые направления развития лесозащитных насаждений, оценить экологический уровень их воспроизводства и сохранения земель. Показано, что для разработки конкретных мероприятий необходимо изучить природные, климатические, экономические и другие условия соответствующих территорий. При этом особенности создания защитных лесополос зависят от множества факторов определенных районов, степени подверженности земель эрозионным процессам и др. Предложены схемы размещения различных пород деревьев в лесополосах, а также меры по совершенствованию норм федерального и регионального законодательства в сфере, регулирующей лесозащитные насаждения.
