English. In the period 2003-2005 effects of genotypes and maturity stage on yield, quality, conservation an nutrition were investigated. This research was focusing on crop yield and quality. It was concluded that there was no difference in total conservation losses between genotypes. Only the amount of effluent was influenced by the maturity type. Het in dit rapport beschreven onderzoek richt zich op de conservering. Geconcludeerd werd o.a. dat er geen verschillen waren in de totale conserveringsverliezen. Alleen de hoeveelheid perssap was afhankelijk van het afrijpingstype. optimaal oogststadium tussen de rastypen. Het oogststadium had een duidelijk effect op de conserveringsverliezen.
