Аспекти вдосконалення технології виробництва біогазу | Aspects of improving biogas production technology

UA: В статті розглянуто технологію отримання біогазу як складну систему, на яку впливають велика кількість чинників, кожен із яких неможливо оцінити окремо. Обґрунтовано, що технологічний процес біогазових установок ґрунтується на технічних, біологічних, хімічних, організаційних та інших елементах системи, які перебувають у безперервному зв'язку один з одним. Проведено аналіз основних елементів системи виробництва біогазу відповідно до підходів міжнародної системи менеджменту якості ІSO 9001:2000. Виявлено, що найбільш актуальне підвищення ефективності біогазових установок − удосконалення технічних показників процесу отримання біогазу як системоутворювальних елементів системи. Інші необхідно враховувати при проведенні досліджень як обмежувальні. Так для якісного моделювання необхідно скористатися процесним та системним підходом міжнародної системи. Бажаний результат досягається ефективніше, коли діяльністю та відповідними ресурсами керують як процесом. Розроблено карту процесів біогазової установки та відповідну до неї загальну схему технологічного процесу функціонування біогазової установки. EN: The article examines the biogas production technology as a complex system that is influenced by a large number of factors, each of which cannot be assessed separately. It is substantiated that the technological process of biogas plants is based on technical, biological, chemical, organizational and other elements of the system, which are in continuous communication with each other. The main elements of the biogas production system were analyzed in accordance with the approaches of the international quality management system ISO 9001:2000. Based on the analysis of the classification of biogas plants, it can be concluded that the most common version of the biogas plant is a single-stage, mesophilic, quasi-continuously loaded wet fermentation plant for the production of electricity and heat. It was found that the most urgent improvement of the efficiency of biogas plants is the improvement of technical parameters of the process of obtaining biogas as system-forming elements of the system. Others must be taken into account when conducting research as limiting. Thus, for high-quality modeling, it is necessary to use the process and system approach of the international system. The desired outcome is achieved more effectively when activities and related resources are managed as a process. The main goal of the process approach is continuous improvement, based on the development of a new structure of models, orientation on meeting the needs of consumers, analysis of data on the functioning of the system, maintenance of a long-term stable state of the system as a whole and its elements. The concept of continuous improvement includes improvement in small steps and breakthroughs, periodic assessment of compliance with established criteria of excellence to identify areas of potential improvement, continuous improvement of the efficiency of all processes. To function successfully, a system must identify and manage multiple interrelated processes that use resources and are controlled to transform inputs into outputs, often with the output of one process directly forming the input of the next. A process map of the biogas plant and a corresponding general diagram of the technological process of the biogas plant operation have been developed.
