Толерантность моркови столовой по типу семенного куста | Garden carrot resistance regarding seed plant type

Russian. Целью исследований было выявить толерантные сортообразцы диких видов и разновидностей для последующего возможного использования в селекции культуры по созданным гибридам с культурными линиями моркови столовой, а также отметить закономерность отборов по типу семенного куста с учетом степени однородности исследуемого материала. В результате последующей работы с морковью столовой было проведено изучение закономерностей варьирования признаков на семенных растениях дикорастущих видов, линий и гибридов моркови и определены их соответствующие генетико-статистические параметры признаков. Нашими исследованиями было выявлено, что, несмотря на значительную зависимость типа семенного куста от условий внешней среды, ведение отбора по нему все же возможно. Однако необходимо учитывать степень однородности исследуемого материала. По нашему мнению, наиболее результативное использование «типа семенного куста» возможно среди линий, что подтверждают результаты наших наблюдений. Выделен и отобран ряд линий, варьирование которых по типу куста в годы проведения исследований было незначительно или отсутствовало. Определены 13 диких видов и разновидностей рода Daucus толерантных к патогенам родов Alternaria, Fusarium: № 10. Daucus carota subsp. maximus (Desf.) Ball.; № 11. Daucus broteri Ten.; № 13. Daucus halophilus Brot.; №16. Daucus carota L.; № 17. 70-13 Daucus maximus Desf.; № 18. Daucus carota Roth.; № 19. Daucus carota L.; № 20. Daucus setifolius Desf.; № 21. Daucus carota L.; № 22. Daucus muricatus (L.) L.; № 23. Daucus setifolius Desf.; № 26. Daucus carota L.; № 27. Daucus carota L., которые могут являться источниками устойчивости к возбудителям альтернариоза и фузариоза моркови при вовлечении их в селекционную работу по созданию новых устойчивых сортов и гибридов моркови столовой.

English. The research goal was to identify resistant accessions of wild species and subvarieties for subsequent possible use in plant breeding based on the developed hybrids with cultivated lines of garden carrot as well as to identify the pattern of selection by seed plant type taking into account the degree of uniformity of the studied material. As a result of subsequent work with garden carrot, a study was conducted on the patterns of character variation of seed plants of wild-growing species, lines and hybrids of carrots and their corresponding genetic and statistical parameters of characters were determined. The research revealed that despite the significant dependence of the seed plant type on environmental conditions, it was still possible to conduct selection based on that. However, it is necessary to take into account the uniformity degree of the studied material. In our opinion, the most productive use of the “seed plant type” is possible among the lines and that is confirmed by the results of our observations. Thus, a number of lines were identified and selected the variation of which by the seed plant type during the years of research was insignificant or absent. Thirteen wild species and subvarieties of the genus Daucus were identified that were resistant to pathogens of the genera Alternaria and Fusarium: No. 10 - Daucus carota subsp. maximus (Desf.) Ball.; No. 11 - Daucus broteri Ten.; No. 13 - Daucus halophilus Brot.; No. 16 - Daucus carota L.; No. 17 - 70-13 Daucus maximus  Desf.; No. 18 - Daucus carota Roth.; No. 19 - Daucus carota L.; No. 20 - Daucus setifolius Desf.; No. 21 Daucus carota L.; No. 22 - Daucus muricatus (L.) L.; No. 23 - Daucus setifolius Desf.; No. 26 - Daucus carota L.; No. 27 - Daucus carota L. which may be the sources of resistance to Alternaria and Fusarium pathogens of carrots when they are involved in plant breeding work to create new resistant varieties and hybrids of garden carrot.
