Biological effect of complex feed additive on blood status and productivity of dairy cows | Биологический эффект комплексной кормовой добавки на статус крови и продуктивность дойных коров

English. The research purpose is to determine the use efficiency of natural complex mineral supplement (CMS), which is bishofite from the Volgograd deposit, in lactating cow feeding. The CMS influence on morphological and biochemical indicators of the blood status of milking cows, their performance and quality indicators of milk produced in terms of fat and protein content was identified. Experimental work was carried out on freshly calved lactating Red cows. Of these, 2 groups were formed, 10 heads in each, the first one- control and the second one - experimental. All animals received the basic diet, and the cows of the experimental group were additionally fed with CMS. The total duration of the experiment was 195 days, the main period was 153 days. In the diets of experimental cows, a deficiency in the content of a vital mineral element, magnesium, was revealed. This shortage was filled for the second experimental group by introducing CMS - natural Volgograd bishofite into the diets. According to the research results, feeding the test CMS had a positive effect on the blood status and productive qualities of dairy cows. Thus, compared to analogues of the first control group, in the blood of animals of the second experimental group, the number of erythrocytes and hemoglobin content increased by 7.40% and 2.05%, respectively, this indicates an increase in the work of the hematopoietic organs in them and a higher level of intensity of redox processes in the body. In the experimental group cows, the content of total protein in the blood serum was higher by 1.87% and albumin by 2.42% higher than in the control group. In the experimental group, an advantage in average daily milk yield of 7.74%, the content of fat in it by 0.05% and protein by 0.02% was also established. It is concluded that by introducing CMS into the diet, its magnesium balance is achieved, the condition of animals improves, and performance of them increases.

Russian. Цель исследований - определение эффективности использования природной комплексной минеральной добавки (КМД) - бишофита Волгоградского месторождения - при кормлении лактирующих коров. Выявляли влияние КМД на морфологические и биохимические показатели статуса крови дойных коров, их продуктивность и качественные показатели произведённого молока по содержанию жира и белка. Экспериментальная работа проведена на новотельных лактирующих коровах красной степной породы. Из них сформировали две группы по 10 голов в каждой, первую – контрольную и вторую – опытную. Все животные получали основной рацион, а коровам опытной группы дополнительно скармливали КМД. Суммарная продолжительность опыта составила 195 дн., главный период – 153 дн. В рационах подопытных коров был выявлен недостаток содержания жизненно необходимого минерального элемента – магния. Данный недостаток восполнили для второй опытной группы введением в рационы КМД - природного Волгоградского бишофита. Согласно полученным результатам, скармливание испытуемой КМД оказало положительное влияние на статус крови и продуктивные качества дойных коров. Так, по сравнению с аналогами первой контрольной группы, в крови животных второй опытной группы увеличилось количество эритроцитов и содержание гемоглобина, соответственно на 7,40% и 2,05%, что указывает на усиление у них работы кроветворных органов и более высокий уровень интенсивности окислительно-восстановительных процессов в организме. У коров опытной группы содержание общего белка в сыворотке крови было выше на 1,87% и альбуминов – на 2,42%, чем в контроле. В опытной группе установлено преимущество по среднесуточному удою молока на 7,74%, содержанию в нём жира на 0,05% и белка на 0,02%. Сделан вывод, что за счет введения КМД в рацион достигается его сбалансированность по магнию, улучшается состояние животных, повышается их продуктивность.
