Sale of Food and Beverages of Small Domestic Producers During the Period of COVID-19

The subject of research in this paper is the analysis of the possibility of selling agricultural products of small producers and improving their business in a specific way... by direct sales in catering establishments. The goal of the research is how, in the specific circumstances caused by Covid-19, to implement the direct sale of produced food and beverages of small domestic producers. The methods used during the creation of the work were direct communication and observation of the situation in real time, in the sense of determining the real needs and demand for certain products on the market. Data sources were mostly obtained via the Internet, given the impossibility of concrete contact. The results of the research are reflected in the completely new circumstances of the distribution of food and beverages to end consumers. For the purposes of this work, field research was also conducted.
