As a result of experimental studies was found that the morphological structure of acrosome subjected to a more expressed changes in comparison with spermatozoa, at various stages of cryoconservation. The state of morphological structures, both at the cellular and subcellular level may be used as a test to determine the functional state of spermatozoa.
