Justification of the design of irrigation module of drip irrigation system for orchards | Обоснование конструкции поливного модуля системы капельного орошения плодовых садов

English. The research purpose is to determine the parameters and justification of the design of the irrigation module of the drip irrigation system for orchards. Typical crop planting patterns in an orchard, microclimatic, soil and technological conditions of drip irrigation are considered as initial factors. The results of the study were obtained in the process of generalizing the methods and recommendations for predicting the technological parameters of the drip irrigation network. A methodology was developed for justifying the irrigation module design, which provides for establishing: the crop nutrition zone area; coefficient determining the nutrition zone area to be moistened; diameter and area of the horizontal projection of the soil moisture contour; the number of moisture contours and emitters ensuring their formation; arrangement diagrams for emitters in the plant nutrition zone. As a criterion for choosing the design of an irrigation module, the ratio of the area of moistened soil space required for cultivating plants and the area of drip soil moisture zones formed by the irrigation module is taken. The methodology was tested on an irrigation module in single- and double-line versions. A single-line irrigation module meets the needs of perennial fruit crops in areas with a natural moisture coefficient of 1.0, and in rare combinations of conditions with a coefficient of 0.8. The double-line irrigation module consistently provides the required soil moisture area in areas with a natural moisture coefficient of at least 0.6 and cannot form the required moisture area for the nutrition zone of fruit crops in areas with a moisture coefficient of 0.4. For drip irrigation of perennial fruit crops in areas with a moisture coefficient of not more than 0.6, it is proposed to use an irrigation module with three drip lines.

Russian. Цель исследований - определение параметров и обоснование конструкции поливного модуля системы капельного орошения плодовых садов. В качестве исходных факторов рассмотрены характерные схемы посадки культур в плодовом саду, микроклиматические, почвенные и технологические условия капельного полива. Результаты исследования получены в процессе обобщения методик и рекомендаций по прогнозированию технологических параметров капельной поливной сети. Разработана методика обоснования конструкции поливного модуля, которая предусматривает установление: площади зоны питания культуры; коэффициента, определяющего площадь зоны питания, подлежащей увлажнению; диаметра и площади горизонтальной проекции контура увлажнения почвы; количества контуров влажности и капельниц, обеспечивающих их формирование; схемы размещения капельниц в зоне питания растений. В качестве критерия для выбора конструкции поливного модуля принято соотношение необходимых для культивирования растений площади увлажняемого почвенного пространства и площади формируемых поливным модулем зон капельного увлажнения почвы. Апробация методики проведена на поливном модуле в одно- и двухниточном исполнении. Однониточный поливной модуль соответствует потребностям многолетних плодовых культур на территориях с коэффициентом природного увлажнения, равным 1,0, и в редких сочетаниях условий при коэффициенте 0,8. Двухниточный поливной модуль стабильно обеспечивает требуемую площадь увлажнения почвы на территориях с коэффициентом природного увлажнения не менее 0,6 и не может сформировать требуемую площадь увлажнения зоны питания плодовых культур на территориях с коэффициентом увлажнения 0,4. Для капельного полива многолетних плодовых культур на территориях с коэффициентом увлажнения не более 0,6 предложено использовать поливной модуль с тремя капельными линиями.
