Los sistemas de labranza inciden sobre las propiedades del suelo, determinando diferentes condiciones para el crecimiento y desarrollo de las plantas. En este trabajo se determina el erecto de dos sistemas de labranza sobre la biomasa aérea, rendimiento y características del sistema radical en dos genotipos de maíz. Los caracieres del sistema radical fueron diferentes entre los genotipos, Ax252 mostró mayor peso, longitud y diámetro de raíces que B Austral; resultando no significativa lainteracción entre ios mencionados caracteres y las labranzas. La interacción genotipo-labranza resultó significativa para el rendimiento y la biomasa.
Show more [+] Less [-]Tillage systems have influence on soil properties, giving different conditions for growing and development of the plants. Effect of two tillage systems on aerial biomass, yield and root characteristics in two maize genotypes was evaluated. Root system characters showed significative differences between genotypes, Ax252 showed higher weight, length and more diameter of the roots than B Austral. The interaction was non significative between tillages and the tested characteristics. Genotype-tillage interaction was statistically significant for yield and aerial biomass production.
