Análisis documental de la evolución de los sistemas tratamiento de agua potable en Bucaramanga y su área metropolitana (1994-2014)

El ser humano en su continua evolución ha diseñado sistemas para aumentar su calidad de vida y los acueductos son un ejemplo del avance que la humanidad ha logrado por su paso en la tierra. En esta monografía de grado se realizó un recuento de la bibliografía publicada sobre los sistemas de tratamiento de agua potable en la ciudad de Bucaramanga y su área metropolitana desde 1994 al 2014, mediante el estudio de fuentes documentales oficiales expedidas por organismos como la Gobernación de Santander y las alcaldías municipales. Para ello, tendrá en cuenta especialmente las disposiciones legales y los proyectos, casi todos adjudicados a empresas privadas mediante licitaciones públicas, que se han llevado a cabo mediante el Plan De Aguas de Santander (PDA), incoativa del gobierno departamental para dotar de plantas de tratamiento de agua potable a varios municipios de la región. Todo esto, teniendo en cuenta la normatividad legal nacional e internacional, a manera contextual, sobre el uso del agua potable. Su fin último es analizar las fortalezas y debilidades de la implementación y avances de los sistemas de tratamiento de agua potable que se han dado en el área Metropolitana de Bucaramanga entre 1994 y 2014. Por esta razón este trabajo se soportará en la recolección y el análisis cualitativo y cuantitativo de fuentes documentales escritas, de acuerdo con los lineamientos de la Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia (UNAD) para la realización de monografías de grado.

In this monograph of degree there was realized an inventory of the bibliography published on the systems of treatment of drinkable water in Bucaramanga's city and his metropolitan area from 1994 until 2014, by means of the study of documentary official sources sent by organisms as the Government of Santander and the municipal mayoralties. For it, it will have in it counts specially the legal dispositions and the projects, almost all awarded to private companies by means of public biddings, which have been carried out by means of the Water plan of Santander (PDA), inchoative of the departmental government to provide with plants of treatment of drinkable water to several municipalities of the region. All that, having in counts the legal national and international regulation, to contextual way, on the use of the drinkable water. His last end is to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the implementation and advances of the systems of treatment of drinkable water that have been given in Bucaramanga's Metropolitan area between 1994 and 2014, For this reason this work will be supported in the compilation and the qualitative and quantitative analysis of documentary written sources, of agreement by the limits of the Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia (UNAD) for the accomplishment of monographs of degree.
