Actualización del programa de gestión ambiental de Sanofi Aventis de Colombia S.A. Planta Cali

The present document illustrates the update of the Programs of Sanofi Aventis Colombia Environmental Management S.A. Cali plants, stocks in the Technical Colombian Norm ISO (NTC) 14001:2015, which allows to the company to evaluate the current condition of his processes and activities in the environmental environment, to promote actions that they carry to the sustainable development and reduction of risks, aspects and environmental impacts. Methodology realized the diagnosis in the facilities of the plant, where there were identified the operations and developed activities that have been modified and/or changes of direction, there was compiled and analyzed the corresponding documentation of the system of environmental management of the organization, and with it there were updated the programs of environmental management in those who are included: I handle of shedding, chemical substances, integral managing of solid residues (MIRS), dangerous residues (RESPEL), efficient use of energy, control of solvents and CMR, control of atmospheric emission and saving and efficient use of water. This offer was carried out under the criteria of analysis, observation and documentation as a whole by update of matrix to condition the system with the valuation of aspects and environmental impacts, environmental requirements applicable to the organization and with the plan of managing of the impacts. Inside the identification and evaluation it was allowed to identify the principal operations and activities that they need of major attention, in order propose the corresponding actions to anticipate, mitigating and controlling the most significant environmental impacts

El presente documento ilustra la actualización de los Programas de Gestión Ambiental de Sanofi Aventis de Colombia S.A. Planta Cali, basada en la Norma Técnica Colombiana (NTC) ISO 14001:2015, la cual permite a la empresa evaluar el estado actual de sus procesos y actividades en el entorno ambiental, para promover acciones que conlleven al desarrollo sostenible y reducción de riesgos, aspectos e impactos ambientales. Como metodología se realizó el diagnóstico en las instalaciones de la planta, donde se identificaron las operaciones y actividades desarrolladas que han sido modificadas y/o cambiadas, se recopiló y analizó la documentación correspondiente del sistema de gestión ambiental de la organización, y con ello se actualizaron los programas de gestión ambiental en los que se incluyen: manejo de vertimientos, sustancias químicas, manejo integral de residuos sólidos (MIRS), residuos peligrosos (RESPEL), uso eficiente de energía, control de solventes y CMR, control de emisiones atmosféricas y ahorro y uso eficiente de agua. Esta propuesta se llevó a cabo bajo los criterios de análisis, observación y documentación en conjunto con actualización de matrices para acondicionar el sistema con la valoración de aspectos e impactos ambientales, requisitos ambientales aplicables a la organización y con el plan de manejo de los impactos. Dentro de la identificación y evaluación se permitió identificar las principales operaciones y actividades que requieren de mayor atención, con el fin de proponer las acciones correspondientes de prevenir, mitigar y controlar los impactos ambientales más significativos
