الابتكار وعلاقته باستدامة المشروعات الريادية في محافظة الخليل | Innovation and its relationship to the sustainability of entrepreneurial projects in Hebron Governorate

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار العلاقة بين الابتكار بدلالة أبعاده (ابتكار المنتج، ابتكار العمليات، الابتكار الإداري، الابتكار التسويقي) واستدامة المشروعات الريادية في محافظة الخليل، بالتطبيق على المشروعات الريادية التي ترعاها حاضنات الأعمال في المحافظة. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للوصول إلى نتائج الدراسة، وقد استخدمت الدراسة الاستبانة التي صممت خصيصًا كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة، حيث ضم مجتمع الدراسة جميع المشروعات الريادية في محافظة الخليل، فيما بلغت عينة الدراسة 117 مشروعًا من المشروعات الريادية التي ترعاها حاضنات الأعمال في محافظة الخليل. من أجل الوصول إلى أهداف الدراسة، فقد استخدمت الباحثة المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، كما استخدمت تحليل التباين الأحادي (One Way Anova) واختبار (Scheffe) للمقارنات الثنائية البعدية، كما استخدمت معامل الثبات كرونباخ ألفا (Cronbach Alpha) لحساب قيمة معامل ثبات أداة الدراسة، بالإضافة إلى معامل ارتباط بيرسون (Pearson Correlation Coefficient) لقياس درجة الارتباط بين متغيرين. توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى كبير من الابتكار في المشروعات الريادية وقد جاء ابتكار المنتج في المرتبة الأولى يليه ابتكار العمليات في المرتبة الثانية، ثم الابتكار الإداري في المرتبة الثالثة وجاء في المرتبة الأخيرة الابتكار التسويقي، كما أشارت النتائج إلى تحقيق المشاريع الريادية مستوى كبير من الاستدامة، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة إيجابية بين الابتكار بدلالة أبعاده (ابتكار المنتج، ابتكار العمليات، الابتكار الإداري، الابتكار التسويقي) واستدامة المشروعات الريادية في محافظة الخليل. بناءً على النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة، فقد أوصت الباحثة بضرورة اهتمام أصحاب المشاريع الريادية بتقديم منتجات وخدمات مبتكرة، والحرص على دخول الأسواق بأسعار منافسة، وذلك من خلال تطوير عمليات الإنتاج باستخدام أحدث الوسائل مع ضرورة الابتكار في التسويق للمشروعات من خلال الاعتماد على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي لما لها من دور في تعزيز قدرة المشروع على الاستدامة، كذلك أوصت بضرورة حرص حاضنات الأعمال على دعم المشروعات الريادية والتي تقدم أفكار إبداعية. This study aimed to test the relationship between innovation in terms of its dimensions (product innovation, process innovation, managerial innovation, marketing innovation) and the sustainability of entrepreneurial projects in Hebron Governorate. This will be by applying to entrepreneurial projects sponsored by business incubators in the Governorate. The study relied on the descriptive-analytical method to reach the results of the study. It also used a specially designed questionnaire as a main tool for collecting data from the study sample. Besides, the study population included all the entrepreneurial projects in the Hebron Governorate, where the study sample was 117 of the entrepreneurial projects sponsored by business incubators in the Hebron Governorate. In order to reach the objectives of the study, the researcher used Means and Standard Deviations, as well as used One Way Anova and Scheffe test for two-dimensional comparisons, and also used Cronbach Alpha stability Coefficient to calculate the value of the stability Coefficient of the study management. In addition to that, the researcher used the Pearson Correlation Coefficient, which measures the degree of correlation between two variables. The study found that there is a high level of innovation in the entrepreneurial projects. It is found that product innovation came in the first place, followed by process innovation, then management innovation in the third place and marketing innovation came in the last place. The results also indicated that the entrepreneurial projects achieved a great level of sustainability. Besides, the study found a positive relationship between innovation in terms of its dimensions (product innovation, process innovation, managerial innovation, marketing innovation) and the sustainability of entrepreneurial projects in Hebron Governorate. Based on the results of the study, the researcher recommended that it is necessary for the owners of entrepreneurial projects to provide innovative products and services, and to be keen on entering the markets at competitive prices. This will be through the development of production processes using the latest means with the need to innovate in marketing for projects by relying on social media because of its role in enhancing the project's ability to be sustainable. The study also recommended that business incubators should support the creative projects that present creative ideas.
