Peculiarities of development of the ureters of meat turkeys | Особенности развития мочеточников индеек мясного направления

English. The research aimed at the study of turkey ureter development to pronounced sexual dimorphism. The research was carried out at the Northern Trans-Urals State Agrarian University and the LLC Absolut-Agro poultry plant in 2023-2024. The study object was the ureters of 1, 21, and 42 days old turkeys of the Hybrid Converter novo cross. Morphometric, histological and statistical studies were performed using standard methods. As a result, the following features were revealed: the length and relative length of the ureters increased with age. At the age of 1 and 21 days, the length of the left ureter was greater than that of the right. And at the age of 42 days, both ureters were of the same length. The outer diameter of ureters increases as they approach the cloaca. With age, the outer diameter becomes larger: at the beginning of the left ureter - 1.54 times, right one - 1.77 times, in the middle - 1.73 (left), 2.55 (right), at the confluence with the cloaca - 2.12 times (left), 2.65 times (right) when comparing 1-day and 42-day ages. The muscle layer increases 1.66 times in the left ureter, 2.03 times in the right ureter by 21 days, and by 42 days by 3.37 in the left and 4.18 in the right relative to 1 day of age. The serous membrane increased 2.09 times in the right ureter and 2.68 times in the left ureter by 21 days, and 3.53 times and 4.16 times, respectively, by 42 days relative to 1 day of age. At the age of 21 days, the diameter of the ureteral vessels was 167.87±38.03 micron, the thickness of the vessel wall was 32.74±16.21 micron. At the age of 42 days, the diameter of the vessels was 326.35±20.59 micron, the thickness of the vessel wall was 76.91±5.56 micron.

Russian. Цель исследований - изучение особенностей развития мочеточников до выраженного полового диморфизма у индеек кросса Hybrid Converter novo. Исследования проведены в 2023-2024 гг. на базе ФГБОУ ВО ГАУ Северного Зауралья и птицефабрики ООО "Абсолют-Агро". Объектом исследования являлись мочеточники индейки 1, 21 и 42-суточного возраста кросса Hybrid Converter novo. По стандартным методикам выполнялись морфометрические, гистологические и статистические исследования. В результате изучения были выявлены следующие особенности: длина и относительная длина мочеточников увеличивались с возрастом. В возрасте 1 и 21 суток длина у левого мочеточника больше, чем у правого, а в возрасте 42 дня они имели одинаковую длину. Наружный диаметр у мочеточников увеличивается при приближении к клоаке. С возрастом наружный диаметр становится больше: в начале мочеточника левого - в 1,54 раза, правого - в 1,77 раз, в середине - в 1,73 (левого), в 2,55 (правого), в месте впадения в клоаку - в 2,12 раза (левого), в 2,65 раза (правого) при сравнении 1-суточных и 42-суточных возрастов. Мышечный слой увеличивается в 1,66 раз в левом мочеточнике, 2,03 раза - в правом мочеточнике к 21 суткам, а к 42 суткам - в 3,37 в левом и в 4,18 - в правом по отношению к 1-суточному возрасту. Серозная оболочка увеличилась в 2,09 раза в правом мочеточнике и в 2,68 раза - в левом мочеточнике к 21 суткам; в 3,53 раза и в 4,16 раза, соответственно, - к 42 суткам по отношению к 1-суточному возрасту.
