Revegetação de rejeito de beneficiamento de minério de ferro com espécies fabáceas de mata atlântica | Revegetation of tailings from beneficiation of iron ore with Fabaceae species of Mata Atlântica

O potencial das espécies foi determinado por meio de avaliação das taxas de crescimento da altura (TCAC) e do diâmetro (TCDC) do caule, das taxas de crescimento absoluto da parte aérea (TCApa) e das raízes (TCAr) e acúmulo de N, P e K nas plantas de maricá (Mimosa bimucronata (DC) Kuntze), mulungu (Erythrinia mulungu Mart. ex Benth), Cássia Rosa (Cassia grandis Linnaeus f.) e Guapuruvu (Schizolobium parahyba S. F. Blake), cultivadas em amostras de rejeito de beneficiamento de minério de ferro, submetidas a diferentes doses de NPK em tratamento com e sem estresse hídrico (EH). Os níveis de NPK utilizados foram: 0 (controle); 75; 150 e 300 mg dm-3 de N e K, e 0 (controle); 100; 200 e 400 mg dm-3 de P. Nos tratamentos sem estresse hídrico (EH) o potencial mátrico (φm) do substrato foi mantido em -50 kPa, enquanto nos tratamentos com EH o φm foi reduzido gradualmente em intervalos de 30 dias, ficando: -50; -125; -250 e -1000 kPa para os meses um, dois três e quatro, respectivamente. Avaliou-se também as TCAC, TCDC, TCApa, TCAr de plantas de maricá (M. bimucronata (DC) Kuntze) e do fedegoso (Senna macranthera (Collard) Irwin et. Barn) cultivadas em amostras de rejeito de beneficiamento de minério de ferro, submetidas a diferentes doses de lodo de estação de tratamento de esgoto, assim como o efeito das interações entre espécies e adubação na melhoria das propriedades físicas e químicas do substrato. As doses de lodo de ETE utilizadas foram: 0 (controle); 20; 40 e 80 t ha-1. De modo geral, as espécies apresentaram maiores TCAC, TCDC, TCApa, TCAr e acúmulo de N, P e K quando adubadas com 300; 400; 300 mg dm-3 de NPK e quando não há déficit hídrico que reduziu o φm do substrato para -1000 kPa, exceto para o mulungu, onde o φm deve ficar acima de -125 kPa. A adubação com 80 t ha-1 de lodo de ETE promoveu melhorias na CTC e nas características físicas do substrato e no teor de carbono orgânico total da camada de 0 a 2,5 cm de profundidade, assim como maiores TCAC, TCDC, TCApa, TCAr das espécies.

The potential of the species was determined by assessing the rates of height growth (TCAC) and diameter (TCDC) of the stem, the absolute rates of shoot growth (TCApa) and roots (TCAr) and accumulation of N , P and K in plants of marica (Mimosa bimucronata (DC) Kuntze), mulungu (Erythrinia mulungu Mart. ex Benth), cassia rosa (Cassia grandis Linnaeus f.) and guapuruvu (Schizolobium parahyba SF Blake), grown in samples of tailings beneficiation of iron ore, exposed to different doses of NPK treated with and without water stress (EH). NPK levels were: 0 (control); 75; 150 and 300 mg dm-3 of N and K, and 0 (control); 100; 200 and 400 mg dm-3 of P. In the treatments without water stress (HS) the matric potential (φm) of the substrate was kept at -50 kPa, while the treatment with EH the φm was gradually reduced in 30-day intervals, getting -50; -125; -250 and -1000 kPa for months one, two, three and four, respectively. Was also assessed the TCAC, TCDC, TCApa, TCAr of marica plants (M. bimucronata (DC) Kuntze) and fedegoso (Senna macranthera (Collard) Irwin et. Barn) grown in samples of tailings from beneficiation of iron ore, exposed to different doses of sludge from sewage treatment plants, as well as the effect of interactions between species and fertilization on physical and chemical properties of the substrate. The dose of sludge were used: 0 (control); 20; 40 and 80 t ha-1. In general, the species had higher TCAC, TCDC, TCApa, TCAr and accumulation of N, P and K when fertilized with 300; 400; 300 mg dm-3 of NPK and when there is no drought which reduced the substrate φm to - 1000 kPa, except for the mulungu, where the φm must be above -125 kPa. The fertilization with 80 t ha-1 sludge promoted improvements in CTC and the physical characteristics of the substrate and the total organic carbon content of between 0 and 2,5 cm depth, as well as larger TCAC, TCDC, TCApa, HRCT of the species.
