Efeito do sombreamento automatizado no enraizamento de miniestacas de Eucalyptus | Effect of automated shading on rooting of Eucalyptus minicuttings

Atualmente, um dos principais desafios para a produção de mudas clonais de Eucalyptus, é o maior controle dos elementos meteorológicos no interior das casas de vegetação, durante o enraizamento das miniestacas, em especial, a irradiância solar e a temperatura do ar. Diante disso, projetamos uma casa de vegetação com sistema automatizado de controle da irradiância solar com possibilidade de implementarmos quatro níveis diferentes de irradiância solar. Os níveis de irradiância solar foram programados visando maior atenuação da irradiância solar em relação ao cultivo em casa de vegetação convencional, sob hipótese que o controle adequado da irradiância solar levará ao aumento/favorecimento do enraizamento de miniestacas em clones de Eucalyptus . Os estudos de ambiência feitos por modelagem computacional de CFD (Computational fluid dynamics) permitiram simular a dinâmica da temperatura do ar no interior das casas de vegetação com erro absolute médio de 3,7 %. As condições de temperatura do ar no interior da casa de vegetação automatizada, com sombreamento médio de 77 %, foram 1,6 °C menores se comparada a casa de vegetação convencional, sob sombreamento médio de 56 %. A casa de vegetação automatizada apresentou, em média, ganhos de 11,7 % no enraiza- mento em relação a casa de vegetação convencional em condição de verão. No inverno o principal limitante para enraizamento adventícios de miniestacas Eucalyptus são as baixas temperaturas do ar. Os genótipos com maior plasticidade fenotípica, conseguiram ajustar-se aos maiores níveis de irradiância solar, a observar-se pelos clones A e B que apresentaram aumento do teor de antocianinas, um mecanismo de fotoproteção, ao passo que o clone D, teve redução das trocas gasosas. Por sua vez, o enraizamento adventício dos clones A e C se sobressaem ao clone B e D que possuem certa limitação ao enraizamento. No geral, clones com mecanismos de fotoproteção e com facilidade de enraizamento, tiveram melhor desempenho do que clones sem mecanismos de fotoproteção e com limitação ao enraizamento. Currently, one of the main challenges, with regard to the production of clonal rootting of superior of Eucalyptus, is the greater control of meteorological elements within the rooting greenhouses of the minicuttings, especially solar radiation and air temperature. Therefore, we designed a greenhouse with an automated solar radiation control system with the possibility of implementing four different levels of solar radiation. The levels of solar irradiance were programmed with a view to greater attenuation of solar irradiance in relation to cultivation in a conventional greenhouse, under the hypothesis that adequate control of solar irradiance will lead to increases / favoring the rooting of minicuttings in Eucalyptus clones. Ambient studies of computational modeling of CFD (Computational fluid dynamics) allowed to simulate the dynamics of air temperature inside greenhouses with an average absolute error of 3.7 %. The air temperature conditions inside the automated greenhouse, with an average shade of 77 %, were 1.6 ° C lower when compared to the conventional greenhouse, under 56 % average shade. The automated greenhouse showed, on average, gains of 11.7 % in the percentage of rooting in relation to the conventional greenhouse in summer condition. In winter, the main limiting factor for rooting adventitious Eucalyptus mini cuttings is low temperatures. The genotypes with greater phenotypic plasticity, managed to adjust to the levels of solar radiation, to be observed by clones A and B, which showed an increase in the content of anthocyanins, a photoprotection mechanism, whereas clone D, had a reduction in exchanges gaseous. In turn, the adventitious rooting of clones A and C stands out from clones B and D, which have some limitation to rooting. In general, clones with photoprotection mechanisms and easy rooting, performed better than clones without photoprotection mechanisms and with limited rooting.
