This technical sheet summarises the general techniques that need to be mobilized to produce organic lentil seeds. Organic lentil seed production has exploded in France those past 10 years. In 2020, 600 hectares were allocated to this culture, which represents 37,6% of the lentil seeds production surface. Organic certification is compulsory for this species.
