La Comunidad de Madrid : un turismo emergente en sus territorios rurales y naturales

En los territorios rurales de la Comunidad de Madrid se ha consolidado en los últimos lustros una notable función turística. En los últimos años, en concreto, el crecimiento ha sido importante debido a la demanda social de nuevos productos turísticos. Gran parte del territorio cuenta con un variado patrimonio natural y cultural no suficientemente utilizado que es la base de una gran diversidad de recursos turísticos, algunos de ellos ya activados y otros con un gran potencial. El aprovechamiento turístico mas importante se da en la Sierra Norte, donde se concentra el mayor número de establecimientos y plazas de alojamiento rural rural.
Show more [+] Less [-]Rural tourism has been lately developed in the Autonomous Community of Madrid. In recent years, a significant growth has occurred due to the social demand of new tourist products. Large part of the territory has a diverse natural and cultural patrimony which is not highly harnessed but capable of turning into tourist resources. The “Sierra Norte” is the region far higher used, where the largest number of establishment and rural spaces are concentrated.
